We are beginning work on implementing a new P8 box with 8 LPARs and I'm thinking about shortcuts to running install and maintenance apply 8 times. Has anyone done an install on a logical volume then used the disk subsystem to make multiple copies for multiple LPARs? This is on Hitachi HUSVM.
